This site sets no cookies
Not one. There are no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking cookies, no analytics cookies and no login cookie, because there is no account system to log into. Nothing on this site writes a cookie.
That is also why you have not been shown a consent banner. Consent is required for storage that is not necessary for a service you asked for. Everything kept here is either something you asked for, such as a saved signature, or a small preference that makes a tool open the way you left it.
What is used instead
The product does keep some things on your device, using your browser's IndexedDB and localStorage rather than cookies. The difference matters: cookies are attached to every request to a server, whereas this data is never sent anywhere. It is readable only by this site, in this browser, on this device.

Third parties
Two outside services are contacted when the page loads: Google Fonts for the typefaces, and jsDelivr for OCR language data, the second only if you actually run OCR. Neither sets a cookie on this site. Both receive your IP address as part of serving a file, as any web server does. This is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Clearing this data
You are never stuck with any of it.
- Remove saved signatures and images in Saved assets.
- Clear your file history in Recent files.
- Remove everything at once, including tool options, by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Nothing breaks. The site simply opens as it did on your first visit.
- Use a private or incognito window if you would rather nothing was kept once you close the tab.
Changes to this policy
If this site ever starts using cookies, this page will say so and the date at the top will change. The table above will also change if a new preference or store is added.
